Please join us today for a midweek break and recharge with Wellness Wednesdays hosted by the Counseling, Disability and Health Services Department.

Today’s topic is “Stress Reduction” to help students manage end of semester stress. Whether you're preparing for exams or wrapping up projects, this event will provide you with the tools to stay calm, focused, and energized as you finish the semester strong. The following is a brief description of what to expect:

  • Wellness Activities: engage in mindfulness activities, stress-relief exercises and creative fun
  • Therapy Dogs: Enjoy some cuddle time with our favorite furry friends
  • Wellness Resources: Pick up some educational material and free resources to help you stay informed and balanced
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Snag some great self-care giveaways to help you unwind and relax

These workshops are a great way to take a healthy break from your busy schedules and connect with fellow students in a relaxed, supportive environment fostering a sense of community here at MCC. We hope to see you there!
